About ERC Report
Built for the public. Powered by transparency.
erc.report is a free, independent platform that makes it easy for anyone to report environmental incidents and violations — and to hold polluters accountable through public records.
Why we exist
Our mission
Environmental violations often go unaddressed because they go unreported. Witnesses don't know where to file. Reports get buried in bureaucracy. Accountability disappears.
erc.report exists to change that. We built a simple, structured reporting tool that anyone can use — no account, no legal knowledge, no barriers. Every report is logged, tracked, and published in a public database.
We believe transparency is the most powerful tool for environmental accountability. When violations are visible, they become harder to ignore.
What we stand for
Our principles
01
Public by default
Every verified report is published openly. No paywalls, no gatekeeping. The public record belongs to the public.
02
No barriers to report
No account required. No legal expertise needed. If you saw something, you can report it in under five minutes.
03
Independent
We are not affiliated with any government agency, corporation, or political organisation. Our only interest is accurate, transparent reporting.
The process
How reports are handled
01
You submit
Fill out a structured incident form. Describe what you observed — location, date, type of violation, any evidence. No account required.
02
We review
Our team reviews each submission for completeness and credibility. We may follow up for additional detail before publishing.
03
It goes public
Verified reports are added to our public database and assigned a permanent reference number. Anyone can search and track them.
